Tax Associates supports the client experience by providing back-office support to projects and work deliverables. Additionally, they will be able to lead the customer experience where appropriate. Additionally, mentorship from the CPA team will provide opportunities to grow into a Tax Manager role.

Responsibilities
- Support Tax Process end-to-end
- Work directly with individual & business clients
- Project manage deliverables through execution
- Prepare work product for final review and processing
Must Have
- Two-Year Accounting Degree or Bachelors
- Growth mindset
- Customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Time management & organizational skills
Nice to have
- Bachelors degree

- QuickBooks experience

- Microsoft & tax software experience
