For most business owners, their nest egg isn't an investment account; it's their business.  Not only is it a running concern around how to transition out of a business, but legacy is also tied to this process.  The customers, the staff, and the people who made it happen all matter to owners, which makes this process increasingly difficult.  We are conscious of all of these concerns as we walk through this process with owners.  Quite frankly, we want to work with people who care about these factors and not just the transaction itself.
