Responsibilities
- Collect census data and business details to implement benefits
- Provide a range of options through out independent channels to find suitable products
- Provide routine support to prospective and existing customers
- Cross-selling into other channels within Dovetail Consulting
Must Have
- Life & Health License
- 3 years of insurance experience
- 1-3 years in Group Benefits (Life, Disability, Health)
- Strong prospecting skills
- Time management & organizational skills
- Microsoft 365 Suite Proficiency
Nice to Have
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience tracking activity in CRMs
- Experience with building quotes
- Experience with insurance software
