As a Client Success Manager, you will be essential in nurturing and assisting our customers. You will act as the primary contact, coordinate and support our team's efforts, and oversee tasks and projects to ensure they are completed successfully.

Responsibilities
- Lead the client experience
- Organize and manage internal project work
- Provide updates and communicate with customers to keep them informed
- Address issues, conflicts, and concerns promptly and proactively
Must Have
- Two-years of account management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in professional services
- Experience in cross-selling and expansion
- Time management & organizational skills
- Microsoft 365 Suite Proficiency
Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Project management skills
- Experience with tax software
